The guiding principle of my work is to increase your health span. We are going to maximize the time in your life when you are free to do what you want, and health is not a limiting factor.
The tactics, techniques and procedures we will use to achieve this result can come from anywhere. We will do what works for you and discard what doesn't.

I have been on a journey to peak health by way of nutrition and exercise since at least 2011. Since then, I tried a lot of things, made a lot of mistakes, and even became very dogmatic at one point. Consequently, I have found my way to be one of flexibility and nuance, but always informed by the visionaries, call them: extremists.
Along the way, I picked up some certifications that you may or may not be interested in, like the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Certification (2014), the Sports Nutrition Specialist Certification from the International Society of Sports Nutrition (2014), and the one-year Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coaching Certification (2016). To further my understanding of strength training, I am currently enrolled in the Henselmans PT Course
